  1. Hi Linda, I love a good hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning! My favorite coffee is Folger’s Black Silk. I drink mine black with 2 sugars. I cannot use artificial sweeteners because I have a sensitive to them. Is the coffee you use a dark roast? I may have to order Jacob’s Velvet Coffee, it looks delicious. Thank you. Have a good weekend.

  2. LOL … I’m not a sipper … I use it for the morning “boost,” before chores, so I chug it. (2 or 3 cups in about 30 seconds, to wash down my energy bar.) Don’t follow my example, because sometimes the effect leads to a restroom urgency. Hah. Loved the article though … always do. Thanks.
