I’m talking about 5 quick and easy freezer meals to save time today. Here’s the deal you can put these easy freezer meals in a slow cooker after you freeze them or thaw them the night before and cook them in a pressure cooker the next day. They work great either way. I use these awesome bag holders so I can fill the bags: Jokari Hands-Free Baggy Rack Clip Storage Bag Holder, Pack of 6. I use these storage bag holders whenever I freeze grated cheese, pasta, rice, or freezer meals. It’s so much easier to fill bags and then lay them flat to get the air out before freezing them.

They work great for holding bags to transfer the grated cheese into smaller bags from the gigantic bags we buy at Costco or at Sam’s Club. I no longer have to balance the bags by hand when scooping the grated cheese into smaller bags. The bonus is the bag holders store flat, woohoo!

I thaw them the night before in the frig and use a slow cooker or a pressure cooker the next day. Life is good when dinner is made ahead of time and frozen in the freezer. Grab a bag and thaw it then it’s ready to use a slow cooker or pressure cook it. It helps when we make freezer meals!

Here’s my FREE PRINTABLE list for cooking meats in a pressure cooker: Pressure Cooker Temperatures-Meat **** you must always use one cup of water/liquid in every recipe if you use a pressure cooker.

Stephanie, thank you for asking that question! I am going to go and add chicken tenders next to chicken tenderloins. Thank you! Linda

Also, is that really 8 lbs of chicken for the last recipe?

Hi Stephanie, thank you so much for questioning the 8 pounds. The full chicken breasts come in 8-pound bags BUT the chicken tenderloins (chicken tenders) are 6-pound bags. You can use the 6 pounds or the 8 pounds because the sauce goes very far. I just changed the recipe to 6 pounds because that’s the size of the Costco chicken tenders. They fit nicely in my large crock pot as well. Thank you! Linda

Stephanie, I have been helping my daughter for four weeks by cooking meals (these freezer meals for one thing) and carpooling my cute grandkids. I hope they save you as much time as they do me! Enjoy, Linda
