Easy To Make Brussels Sprouts Individual Pizzas
These are easy to make Brussels Sprouts individual pizzas that are made with Pita flatbread circles sprinkled with olive oil, pressed garlic, sliced onions, and of course, sliced Brussels Sprouts. It’s an easy dinner to make in 20 minutes or less. You can add Mozzarella cheese or leave it off. You can add sliced fresh tomatoes, sliced zucchini or whatever sounds good to you! It has a slightly crunchy texture because the Pita flatbread is already baked. It is truly fabulous with the Brussels Sprouts. I would never have thought to put this combination together. Once you make these they will be a family favorite! My favorite salt: Real Salt Shaker Realsalt 9 oz Salt (Pack of 2)
I was up in Salt Lake City, Utah a couple year’s ago and I was staying with my daughter, Heidi who is a fabulous cook! She and her awesome husband, Nate fix so many healthy meals together. This is one of them. Of course, I had to take pictures so we all can remember how to make them….
