By now you know I only buy the brand Salba Chia. It is in my opinion the purest, highest quality and best organic chia available. I wanted to see how to grind my Salba Chia. I hadn’t really thought about “grinding” it until I saw their website. So, of course, my sister Carol and I went to get a “coffee grinder”…..yep, it is really tiny about 8 inches tall.
