I need to show the world how to make homemade bread for two people for a couple of reasons. I make eight loaves at once, but it’s because I have never outgrown the need to cook for a large family. Here’s the deal, even my publisher asked me to cut down my recipe for my book. I get it, most people do not even have eight bread pans. Old habits are hard to change.
