- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 3/4 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup of milk
Swedish Meatballs Gravy Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 3/4 cup sour cream

Mix the ingredients and form into balls. Brown. Remove the meatballs from the pan and set aside.
Swedish Meatballs Gravy

Stir the Swedish Meatball ingredients into meatball drippings. Add the meatballs and simmer 15-20 minutes and serve over cooked noodles.
