This is a moist dense wonderful gluten-free bread that's so easy to make.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 cups finely ground almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Instructions:

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a one-pound bread pan and set aside.
  3. Grab a medium mixing bowl, no mixer needed. Combine the ingredients in the bowl and stir until the dough is smooth. It will be sticky. Spread the dough evenly into the greased bread pan. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. After baking, cool the bread on a cooling rack. Wait for about ten minutes to remove the bread. Slice when cool. Store the bread in foil or parchment paper.
