  1. Cream Layer:
  2. 1 pkg. lemon jello
  3. 1 cup boiling water
  4. 1 cup orange juice
  5. 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  6. 1- 3-ounce pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  7. 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  8. Dissolve jello in the water, add orange juice. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  9. Combine the whipped cream and cream cheese together.
  10. Stir in the pecans and fold in the jello mixture. Now prepare the peach layer.
  11. Peach Layer:
  12. 1 pkg. lemon jello
  13. 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  14. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  15. 2 cups fresh, sliced peaches.
  16. Dissolve jello in the boiling water, add lemon juice and sliced peaches.
  17. Spread the peach layer over the cream layer above. Return to the refrigerator to set up and chill.
