  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chip beef or ham cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh green onion-chopped
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  1. 1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk with a hand mixer until blended.

    2. Add the green onion and your meat of choice.

    3. Microwave until it starts to bubble. I like to stir it halfway through the heating process.

    4. You can also use a small crockpot to keep it warm. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion on top before serving. Serve with Fritos or your favorite crackers.
