This recipe is really yummy and easy to make. I made it with Kendra one day at her house and i was hooked on this recipe.

Place the following in a large bowl and set aside:

oatmeal uncooked

puffed rice cereal

sunflower seeds

sliced or slivered almonds

unsweetened coconut
Put the following ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir all together:

honey

olive oil

cinnamon

After cooking over low heat, stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients above. Place in a greasedĀ 9-inch by 13-inch panĀ and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn the oats halfway through the 30 minutes to maintain even browning so the edges do not burn. Enjoy!
