Ingredients
  • 2-3 Cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 10-3/4 ounce cans cream of chicken
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 4-ounce can of green chilies
  • 1 cup Grated cheese, Mexican, Colby, or Cheddar
  • 12 Corn tortillas cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease your 9-by-13-inch casserole pan.

  2. DO NOT COVER the casserole. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
