Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 5 pounds cooked ham (chopped fine or crumbled)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 can undiluted tomato soup
Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan, saute the celery and onion, until soft and tender. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour. Serve over hard rolls.
