  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1-1/3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  1. Preheat a seasoned Dutch oven and add ingredients as stated. Stir the eggs in quickly or you will have scrambled eggs. Cook until the eggs are cooked through. This was served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe makes a bowl of sweet rice and fills the belly.
