Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-inch by 13-inch pan and set aside. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and pour into the greased pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown or the eggs are set. This recipe is great to trade out with some of your other favorite vegetables. You can cut the quiche into squares and freeze them to eat later. Use your microwave or toaster oven to reheat them.
