Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin tin for a dozen cupcakes. Combine all of the ingredients and scoop ½ cup of the mixture into each muffin/cupcake holder. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and the eggs are set.
