  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Mayo or Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated green onion not reconstituted or three fresh green onions chopped
  • 1 cup sliced red grapes or 1 cup freeze dried red grapes not reconstituted
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix everything together in a medium bowl. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a roll/croissant.
