Ingredients
  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • Olive Oil (for baking tortillas)
  • 1 14-ounce pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Can of Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped fine)
  • 1 Package Sliced Pepperoni (size depends on the amount of pepperoni you like)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to (400°F) = (204°C).

  2. Grease your cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  3. Place two flour tortillas on your cookie sheet and brush them with olive oil. Flip the tortillas over and brush the other side with olive oil.

  4. Bake these flour tortillas for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and spread the desired amount of pizza sauce on one side of the tortillas. You decide the amount, you can use a little or a lot.

  6. Sprinkle the desired amount of Mozzarella cheese on each pizza.

  7. Add chopped onions, pepperoni, and black olives. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Use a pizza cutter to cut your pizza slices.

  8. Repeat instructions to make more pizzas as needed.
