1. Grab a slow cooker, I use a 3-1/2 quart size.
2. Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. Sprinkle the dry Ranch Salad Dressing on top of the chicken breasts.
4. Place the cream cheese on top of the dry Ranch Salad dressing mix.
5. Place the lid on your slow cooker and set it on low for 7 hours.
6. After the chicken is cooked, shred the chicken with two forks in the slow cooker.
7. Mix the cream cheese through the shredded chicken.
8. Stir in the bacon.
9. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the mixture and place the lid back on the slow cooker for another 15 minutes or so until the cheese is melted.
10. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top and serve over some cooked rice. Enjoy.
