  • 2 cups chopped ham
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Place the peeled potatoes in the baking dish. Layer the ham pieces over the potatoes. Cover the potatoes and ham with the cheese. Pour the cream over the entire mixture. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Remove the cover and bake another 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
