  • 2 cups leftover cooked ham, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Fry the ham in the butter ever so slightly. Beat the eggs, add the remaining ingredients, fold in the ham and pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the eggs set.
