  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  1. Grab a saucepan, add the sugar and cornstarch. Add the water, and whisk constantly over medium heat. Bring the mixture to boil, cook one minute. Add the butter pieces and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Best when served warm.
