  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced or cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan. Spread the raw hamburger in the bottom of the pan. Spread the onion, carrots, and potatoes in layers. Salt and pepper over the top. Spread the soup over the casserole. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
