  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can chili con carne
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 small bag of Frito's (original size)
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, drain the grease if any. Set aside. Grease a casserole dish, place a layer of Frito's in the bottom. Next, add a layer of ground beef and onion on top of the Frito's. Spread a layer of chili con carne as the third layer. The fourth layer is the chili with beans, olives, and grated cheese. Finish the casserole with a thin layer of Frito's and grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
