Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 4-ounce can green chilies
  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with the onions and cook until tender. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
