Ingredients
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wait to make the frosting until right before you frost them. It hardens up very quickly.

  2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and thick.

  3. Add the powdered sugar and cream of tartar.

  4. Add food coloring if desired.

  5. Frost quickly as it thickens when dry. Sprinkle with "sprinkle" if desired.
