Pomegranate-Avocado Salsa by Food Storage Moms
Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups peeled, diced and seeded avocados
  • 1 whole lime (squeezed)
  • 2- 20- ounce cans Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Chop the items as indicated and place all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Serve with tortilla chips or chips of choice.
