  • Ingredients:
  • Sesame oil or vegetable oil
  • Bacon and ham
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped bell peppers
  • Frozen peas optional
  • 1/2 to 1 cup rice cooked and cooled per person
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg per person
  1. Fry meat of choice in a little sesame oil, add onions and peppers. In another pan, scramble the eggs in a small amount of oil stirring until light, fluffy, and dry. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
