Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grab a muffin tin and fill it with 12 eggs if you want to hard boil (bake) that many eggs. I fill about 1/2 inch of water in each muffin cup. Bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the eggs from the oven after baking and drain the water in the sink, add cold water and ice. These eggs will peel so easily!
