1st layer: Melt 3/4 cup butter in a 9 by 13-inch pan

Mix:

2 cups crushed pretzels with 2 tablespoons sugar

Sprinkle the pretzels/sugar on the pan with the melted butter.

Bake @425 degrees for 5 minutes

2nd layer:

Mix:

8-ounce cream cheese softened

1 cup sugar

1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)

1-9 ounce Cool Whip, pour this mixture onto pretzel crust

3rd layer:

Dissolve jello and combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl

6-ounce pkg. strawberry jello

1 cup boiling water, dissolve jello

1 cup cold water
-
2 packages of frozen strawberries-partially defrosted

Pour onto the second layer. Put the pan in the refrigerator to set the salad.
