Mix:

2 (3-ounce) packages lemon jello

2 cups boiling water

1 cup pineapple tidbits (save juice)

1 (12-ounce) can 7-up

4 bananas, cubed

2 cups miniature marshmallows (more needed if you want to cover the top)

Let sit overnight, or until firm.

Combine the following, boil, then cool:

1 beaten egg

1 tablespoon flour

2 Tablespoons butter
-
1/2 sugar
-
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Whip one cup of whipping cream, and fold into the cooled mixture directly from above.

Spread on top of the salad, sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
