  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped
  1. In a saucepan heat the pineapple and orange juice to dissolve the jello.
  2. After cooling and setting up a bit, add the rest of the ingredients and combine everything.
  3. Put in an 8 inch by 8-inch square dish. Chill, garnish with crushed nuts and cherries if desired.
