Ingredients

red quinoa cooked

white quinoa cooked

broccoli
steamed and chilled

large pears seeded and cut into small bite-size pieces

chopped romaine lettuce

small red onion chopped

grapes cut in half or you can use the same amount of freeze-dried ones straight from the can
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl
Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup agave or honey
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
dash of salt
Combine the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad
