  • 6 cups bowtie pasta cooked as directed and chilled. I usually drizzle a little olive oil on the pasta to keep it separated.
  • 2 cups quinoa red, black, white or mixture cooked
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 2 red apples chopped
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine the ingredients and chill before serving.
