  • 1-3/4 cup oats blended with flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • chocolate chips nuts, raisins (optional)
  1. Mix well and roll into bite-size balls and refrigerate. You can add as much or as little of the chocolate chips, nuts or raisins you desire.
