Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. I literally dump everything in my Bosch bread mixer, but you can make this recipe in a large bowl and knead it by hand. I start with half of the flour and slowly add the remaining flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. I let my Bosch run for 6 minutes on high. Sprinkle some flour on the counter and place the dough in the middle of the floured counter. I knead the dough a couple of minutes by hand and then divide the dough into 12 equal parts. Make 12 balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Use your hand to smash them down like a hamburger bun. Cover the buns with greased plastic wrap and let them rise about 1-1/2 hours or until double in size. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
