Combine the above veggies in a large bowl.
Dressing Ingredients:

wine vinegar

lemon juice

Instructions
Combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt and blend them together. Pour over the vegetables above and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
