Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 1 bunch broccoli chopped
  • 2 green peppers chopped
  • Combine the above veggies in a large bowl.
  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • 4-1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt and blend them together. Pour over the vegetables above and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
