  • 1-1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoons Light corn syrup
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  1. Place all the ingredients except for the vanilla in a double boiler pan (water in the lower pan) and mix thoroughly. Use a mixer while cooking over a medium heat for 7 minutes or until you get the desired consistency. I like “stiff peaks”. Add the vanilla and frost your cake or cupcakes.
