Ingredients
  • 1 9-ounce frozen spinach (thaw and drain the liquid)
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (cubed and softened)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dry parsley
  • 1 15-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts (chopped fine and drained)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-4 hours, or until heated through. Serve with baguette sliced bread.
  2. Oven Baking: Preheat your oven to (350°F)=(176°C). Grease a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Scoop the mixture into the greased pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until baked through.
