Ingredients
  • 2 pints So Delicious Dairy-Free Coconut Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1-2 cups Freshly sliced strawberries
  • 1-2 cups Sliced Bananas
  • 1-2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Granola
  • Bob's Red Mill, Shredded Coconut
  • Honey to drizzle on the top
Instructions
  1. 1. Slice the strawberries and bananas.

    2. Rinse and drain the blueberries.

    3. Scoop the ice cream into a few single-serve size bowls.

    4. Sprinkle the desired amount of granola on top of the ice cream.

    5. Place the blueberries and sliced bananas on top of the granola layer.

    6. Place the strawberries on top of the blueberries and banana layer.

    7. Drizzle with raw, unfiltered honey.

    8. Sprinkle with Bob's Red Mill, Shredded Coconut.

    9. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
