Place the broccoli, chopped apples, chopped pear, chopped purple onions, cashews, and cranberries in a large mixing bowl. Set the bowl aside and make the salad dressing.
Grab a small bowl, and combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, honey, and salt. Stir until mixed through. Pour the salad dressing over the salad and stir it in to cover the ingredients. Enjoy.
