  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1-1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2-1/2 cups white flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M & M's candy pieces
  • Wilton "Eyeball" candy pieces. I used the 1/4 inch size.
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter, sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla. Combine the flour until thoroughly mixed together. Stir in the chocolate chips and the M & M's. Use a 1/8 cup cookie scoop and scoop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Please do not overbake. Let the cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet. Carefully place 2 "eyeballs" on each cookie to finish off the look of the monster cookies. This recipe makes 3-4 dozen depending on the size of the cookie scoop. This is a really soft and chewy cookie! Enjoy!
