  • 1/2 box of elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon pieces
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. After cooking and draining the macaroni, place it in your serving bowl. Add the chopped onion, cheddar cheese, broccoli, bacon, sugar, and Miracle Whip or mayonnaise. Mix until thoroughly combined. Serve hot or place in the refrigerator and serve cold. Salt and pepper to taste.
