3-4cupssliced or chopped fresh radishes with the leafy greens removed
1onion, chopped
1cupraw bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grab a large frying pan and sauté the bacon and onions until the onions are translucent. Add the radish pieces to the frying pan on top of the bacon and onions. Cook until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
