  • 3-4 cups sliced or chopped fresh radishes with the leafy greens removed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup raw bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Grab a large frying pan and sauté the bacon and onions until the onions are translucent. Add the radish pieces to the frying pan on top of the bacon and onions. Cook until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
