Start by placing your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring constantly until melted.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pour melted chocolate out on to the paper. Smooth out evenly. Sprinkle evenly with your sprinkles. Add chocolate candy balls. Add chopped Hershey Kisses. You are basically layering different colors of sprinkles and chopped kisses to make it festive. Freeze for one hour, and break into pieces.
While the choclate bark is still cold, break it into whimsical shapes or use a knife to cut it.
