Ingredients
  • 10-12 chicken tenderloins
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to (425°F) = (218°C) degrees.

  2. Grab a 9 by 13-inch (2-3 inches high) baking dish and cover the bottom and the sides with foil and spray vegetable oil on the foil.

  3. Place the chicken tenderloins evenly over the bottom.

  4. Make the sauce by measuring the honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a medium bowl. My honey is getting thicker, so I microwaved the bowl for about 2 minutes to soften the honey. Then I was able to mix it together a little easier.

  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken tenderloins until covered and bake for 30 minutes (uncovered).

  6. After 30 minutes remove the pan from the oven and turn the chicken tenderloins and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

  7. You will see the sauce starts to caramelize on the chicken. It's so good!!

  8. Please use a meat thermometer to test the largest piece of the chicken tenderloin, when it registers 165 degrees F. on an instant thermometer, it's done.

  9. Remove from the oven, and let the chicken sit/rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with the sauce over cooked rice, and enjoy.
