  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup buttermllk
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt and pepper
  1. Wash the chicken, and pat dry. Coat the chicken thighs or breasts with buttermilk. Combine the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken with the flour mixture and place the meat in the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes or according to your brand. The Ninja air fryer says 3 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes at (400°F) = (204°C) degrees or until the chicken is cooked through. If it's not cooked all the way push the basket back in the air fryer and cook it a few more minutes as needed.
