Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized chunks.
Then boil them in water until a fork test shows that they are cooked enough.
Now drain the water from the boiled potatoes.
Then I add whatever I have in the refrigerator to make them creamy and fluffy.
I use either milk, sour cream, whipping cream, butter, and salt, then mash them with my stainless steel masher or electric hand mixer.
You can cook them in your pressure cooker as well. Easy Peasy!
