  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • Dash salt and pepper

  2. Melt the butter in a fry pan or skillet. Beat all of the ingredients together, except the cheese. Pour the egg mixture into a medium hot skillet. When you can see the eggs are cooked and shiny sprinkle the cheese over the omelet and fold the omelet in half with a spatula. Serve immediately.
