Ingredients
  • 2 cups red quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup white quinoa cooked
  • 3 cups broccoli steamed and chilled
  • 4-5 large pears seeded and cut into small bite-size pieces
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 3 cups grapes cut in half or you can use the same amount of freeze-dried ones straight from the can
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Dressing:
  3. 1 cup olive oil
  4. 1/2 cup agave or honey
  5. 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
  6. 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  7. dash of salt
  8. Combine the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad
