Ingredients
  • 3 cans black beans drained
  • 2 cans of corn drained
  • 3 to 4 four tomatoes chopped
  • 3 chopped avocados
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 purple onion chopped
  • juice from 2 limes
  • vinegar and oil to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in a bowl and chill. Great as a side dish or with tortilla chips.
